APPLE INVESTMENT COMPANY ANNOUNCE THE NEW CLIENT QUOTA FOR 2010

After an extremely productive 2009, Apple Investments rang in the New Year with a bang! The new advertising campaign (announced in September) went better than first expected. Apple Investments had an overwhelming response to their marketing strategy across Australia and New Zealand. The reason for this (amongst other things) was due to the global economic crisis experienced in 2009.

The CEO Robert Henley spoke out by saying “a lot of astute business owners capitalised on the downturn by getting involved with Apple Investments because of the recession proof nature of Currency trading. Making money no matter what way the market is trending is very important to all our clients.”

Unfortunately due to the large number of clients signing up in 2009, Apple Investments now have to cap our client quota until further notice. We have come to this conclusion based on our desire to provide full customer support to all our valued clients.

Apple investments have already doubled the customer support team since the start of 2010, however all our customer support staff that are new must become RG 146 compliant.

To become RG 146 compliant our new team members must firstly study, then sit a rigorous exam set out by ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission), and then (once passed) become fully training in the field of Foreign Exchange.

Once all this criteria is complete, they must then be trained on the full functionality of our in-house systems and our trading products. A new team member to Apple Investments can expect to be with us over 12 months before they ever speak to one of our valued clients (unless supervised while in the late stages of team members training). So while Apple investments endeavour to have more and more clients every day, we must also be aware that customer support is the most important factor to our company. We make our business thrive on keeping our clients happy and trading successfully.

This attitude is the blueprint to the success of Apple Investment Company today.
