News APPLE INVESTMENT COMPANY NOW PROUDLY SUPPORTS THE STARLIGHT CHILDREN'S FOUNDATION At the end of 2009 Apple Investment Company decided that 2010 would be a year where they would diligently work to support various charities. At Apple we appreciate the effort that the plethora of charities out there does every single day and we would like to contribute as best we can in the future. Whether it is financial support or volunteering to help out with special events, you can expect to see the crew at Apple Investment Company participating to the fullest in 2010! Selecting a charity is probably the hardest part. There are so many charities out there that do tremendous work for great causes. This is why we have decided, here at Apple, that we will definitely be aiming to help out as many as possible this year. The first charity who we have commenced an alliance with will be the Starlight Children's Foundation. Starlight's mission is to brighten the lives of seriously ill and hospitalised children and their families throughout Australia. For those of you who are not familiar the huge impact Starlight has on so many seriously ill children, visit www.starlight.org.au. You can see the variety of programs Starlight have created such as the Starlight Escape where families can have a fun and memorable day out, and the Starlight Wish where these children can have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to have a wish granted for them, which otherwise would be impossible, and many more.
